To equip learners with the confidence and practical skills required to safely assess, administer, and monitor oxygen therapy in emergency situations.

This practical course supports learners to:
- Assess a casualty’s breathing and oxygen needs
- Administer oxygen safely using appropriate delivery devices
- Monitor patient response during oxygen therapy
- Recognise signs of respiratory distress and hypoxia
- Follow safety procedures for oxygen use and storage
- Respond appropriately to emergency respiratory conditions
Note: Practical skills are developed through demonstrations, guided activities, and supervised scenarios.
