ABOUT US
Care Competency Training was founded with a clear mission: to make high-quality training accessible to every care professional, regardless of their setting, location, or team size.
We recognised that too many care workers were entering challenging, high-responsibility roles without the confidence or knowledge they truly needed. At the same time, managers were struggling to find training that was genuinely relevant, flexible, and affordable.
So we built something different. A training organisation rooted in the care sector, staffed by people who have worked in it, and driven by a commitment to better outcomes for both carers and the people they support.
Today, we work with care homes, NHS services, domiciliary care providers, and individual practitioners across the UK delivering training that makes a real difference.
