This course is designed for healthcare staff, support workers, and individuals responsible for managing medical emergencies where anaphylaxis may occur.

To equip learners with the confidence and practical skills required to identify and manage anaphylaxis safely and effectively in emergency situations.
Skills Practised
This practical course supports learners to:
- Recognise the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis
- Respond quickly and appropriately to severe allergic reactions
- Administer emergency treatment in line with protocols
- Use auto-injectors safely and effectively
- Monitor casualty condition following treatment
- Provide ongoing care until emergency services arrive
Note: Practical skills are developed through demonstrations, guided activities, and supervised scenarios.
