Course Overview

The Dementia Awareness Training Programme provides learners with an understanding of dementia and its impact on individuals, families, and carers. The programme promotes compassionate care approaches that enhance quality of life and support person-centred dementia care.

To develop learners' understanding of dementia and equip them with the skills required to support individuals living with dementia in a respectful and person-centred manner.
